VA/MD Tech Session Saturday Sept. 9th - Keene Dodge - Jarrettsville, MD

There will be a tech session at Keene Dodge on Saturday September 9th. Agenda will be on brake fluid bleed and change, and front and rear brake pad replacements. Lunch to follow compliments of Keene Dodge. Plan to get there by 10:30am. RSVP to me as soon as you can. If any of the Central Pa. members would like to cruise down and join us, that would be great. It's about an hour ride from Harrisburg, or Lancaster, and 1/2 hour from the York area. Let me know, I can suggest some routes that would make an ideal short cruise.

Flyers went out today (Thursday 8/31) to all VA/MD members promoting both the Tech Session on Saturday the 9th, and the HorsePower Challenge on Sunday the 10th. Look for it in the mail soon!

I just spoke with the people at Keene Dodge, and they have informed me that they are having the Andy Nelson Portable BBQ for the luncheon. People from this area know that is something special, and I've seen long waiting lines to get their BBQ and pulled pork. Anyone who attends is in for a real treat. Don't forget to RSVP, please.

Directions to Keene Dodge:

Option #1) From I695 Baltimore Beltway take Exit 27B Dulaney Valley Rd. Rt.146 North. Follow Rt.146 North 16 miles to Rt. 23 Nortisville Rd. Turn Right on Rt.23. Keene Dodge is about 2 miles on your left. Turn left into reserved parking area before the showroom. Note: About 3.5 miles north of beltway, after crossing Loch Raven Resevoir, Rt.146 forks left, which also starts Jarrettsville Pike. Make sure you bear left at fork.

Option #2) From I95 Take Exit 74 Rt.152 towards Fallston. Proceed North/West on Rt.152 for about 11 miles until you hit Rt.165 (at traffic light). Turn right on Rt.165 heading north. Proceed about 4-5 miles and at intersection of Rt.165 and Rt.23, Keene Dodge will be on the North West Corner. Turn Left onto Rt.23 West, past showroom, and right into reserved parking area.
