Wow - $58,000 with 6 days left.
There seems to be a wide variety of views about the scruples of those who bought with the full intention of selling immediately. It seems to me there are a lot of gray areas, e.g. is there any difference in selling only to a VCA member as opposed to a non-VCA member? I am less offended by a sale to a VCA member out of respect for Dodge's intentions.
How about the level of market price? If someone bought intending to hold and the market price goes berserk, can he/she change their mind and sell? In this case, I'm reminded about the old joke about the woman who agreed to sleep with a man for $1,000,000. When he asked her to lower the price to $20 she said "what do you think I am - a *****?" He responded "we've already established that fact - now we are negotiating price". On the other hand life's realities may mean the level of windfall truly changes a winners view.
Thoughts?
