I finally got my Catrol SRF Racing Brake Fluid. Do I need to flush the factory fluid then refill with the Castrol and thereafter, flush and fill for the second time with the Castrol in order to remove any remnants of the stock fluid??

I PERSONALLY like to flush the stock fluid out twice...carefully...essentially going through a fair volume of SRF,that we can FORTUNATELY get here in Indy at a reasonable price(about $46.00 per liter vs. $80.00 per liter at some locations).

Dean - we've seen your house - no more pleading poverty... and besides, with Steve's source in Indy for $46 per imperial quart (I think that's the goofy measure) it works out to be pretty darn close to AP 600.... (That comes in the smaller bottles, remember?????)

And HOGDEALER - empty the reservoir and refill with SRF, bleed each corner of the car making sure to keep an eye on the reservoir. Owner's manual has brake system capacity. I would run through that ++ to make sure you get everything flushed.

Chuck - www.northamericanraceparts.com - but no online shopping. Call them, they ship.
