VCA OHIO REGION FALL VIPER PARTY INFORMATION Wow!!..Saturday November 3, 2012 is just a few days away... Party information...... Appetizers and cocktails (cash Bar) 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Buffet Dinner 7:00 PM. Presentations and speakers to be announced at the party!! Shuttle Transportation....... If you are staying at the Host Hotel, there will be a shuttle transporting members to/from the Citizens Motor Car Company ~ Packard Museum. Passengers for the shuttle should be in the lobby at the hotel lobby before the first trip around shuttle departs around 5:50 PM. Event Parking Information...... For those of you who will be driving to the Citizens Motor Car Company~Packard Car Museum. Museum Event Parking signs will be posted at the lots available. The largest parking lot is just before the Museum building on S. Ludlow Street. Genuine Auto Parts (across from the Museum on Franklin Street) will also allow for us to use their lot. Street parking is available on S. Ludlow Street and Franklin Street. If you are driving your Viper? There will be a limited amount of parking spaces reserved on Franklin Street in front of the museum. Don't forget about........... The after party in the Dayton Marriott Host Hotel at the Bar!!
