What would make my 94' RT/10 hard to start?

Discounting internal issues, how about,really bad plugs or fuel pump. It typically is not the pump itself, but, the check valve that holds pressure. Put a pressure gauge at the schrader valve and let the car sit, see if the pressure goes to zero.

It seems a common failure in these cars is the check-valve in the fuel line that prevents the fuel from draining back into the tank after shut-down. As a simple test, try cycling your key from off to on a couple of times and letting the pump run the full 3 seconds each time before actually cranking the car. If it fires right up after that, that's probably your culprit.

Tom F&L GoR has created a module to run the fuel pump for 10 seconds upon ignition to overcome this.

Not so O yellow one! The years that had the most failures were 96 & 97. Yes Tom's module works good and can save you money!

Without trying to start the car, cycle the key 3-5 times. Bet it starts right up
