It only comes out quarterly. It has been awhile so it should be soon - probably next month.

the last viper magazine i got was spring [voodoo child] did the summer one come out yet? it has been over 4 months. could be the mail man has it in his washroom

The last VCA notes had the Salt Lake City on the front and the white registration slip with it.
