It is impressive how he can control the car sideways on wet pavement. I can't even control mine sideways on dry pavement.

The second video is cool except that it is sped up.

He claims to have 1600 Viper Nürburgring laps under his belt and as I know from personal experience, it rains quite often there...so plenty of practice in any weather.

I keep watching the first video and laughing out loud at the reaction of the guy starting at 6:35! Pure excitement! That's just a GTS, right? not a GTS-R as the narrator states

Since it was a Zakspeed Viper, quite possibly a GTS-R although I asked myself the same question after seeing license plates on it; on the other hand, why would a well known racing team like Zakspeed not own a GTS-R?

I don't know enough about GTS-R's (or Gen 2's) to give a definitive answer.

Awesome to see a German magazine using an American car to find the most excited German rider. :D
