Its NOT about Hennessey, just the cars. Do you think that any model of the Venom series could become a collectors item in the future, like the Shelby modified Mustangs of 60's(GT350,GT500,GT500KR...)?

I'm not sure why they would become 'collectors'.

I've always understood that mods don't necessarily increase the value of a vehicle in general.

A venom is nothing more than a modded stocker.
