VOI 7 Registration Cancellation Info

I got in touch with the VOI7 people to get registration cancellation just in case since my s.o. may not be able to go after all, and thought I would pass the info along, quoted from the email I received:

"You can cancel up until Aug. 31 with a $50.00 charge. If you cancel after that date it will be a 50% charge."

If I have to cancel her, anyone wanna share a room? (I have a reservation at the Opryland Hotel, can either use my reservation, or cancel to use yours, btw, what's the cancellation date on the rooms?)
