VOI COTA Car Transport

I talked with Ken Rikard at Passport Transport today. As mentioned in the VCA email, we get a discount on vehicle transportation to and from VOI. We can get additional discounts if we have multiple cars picked up in one location. I've never shipped my car to a VOI event so I wasn't sure if there was a standard way to identify VCA attendees which are located close to each other.

I'm in Northern VA and was wondering if there are others in the same location which will be shipping a vehicle.

I can send out a mass email. I know of others who want to ship. If we can fill up a truck with 6, the price goes down.
