Actually it was us. 79 in a 65. Thought it was 70. One hour earlier hit a block of wood that came off an RV & blew out our sidewall. Ever try to find a tire in hicktown KY on a Sunday afternoon to fit a viper? After 3hrs. we found one that fit & replacing it today. Thanks to RxViper. Let the fun continue...
Actually it went down like this for the week:
1. Verbal warning.
2. Verbal warning.
3. Written warning.
You would think those guys had never seen cool cars before. I have them trained in Ga. (knock on wood)
#2 and #3 were non moving violations...#1 I was following the leader (excuse: duh.....I'm from Georgia )
First pic is me. The second is someone after leaving the track....I wasn't far behind him and best I could see he was in a pack of cars that included other cars besides Vipers. Maybe he did something to deserve it but I don't see how. Hopefully there was no ticket.
I was expecting to get a ticket or two over the weekend . I am very happy that I didn't get a single ticket . My radar gave me plenty of notice and saved me at least 3 tickets . It didn't go off once over the weekend for Laser . I did 80% of my driving at night on the way too and from the event . A lot less traffic in the middle of the night .
