Great idea. I certainly agree that the answer is B and hope that the logistics can be worked out to support the idea.

If you look at the facility map they show an infield configuration (the whole thing is a PDF file and you can print it out full size). The road course appears to be 1.8 miles long. (The oval is a 1.33 mile "D" shape)
