What lifters did you use in your engine build?

Thanks Dom426h....I have the DC lifters installed, but I'd like to know what others used, and particularly what their experience has been with the DC lifters.

I contemplated on going with the Johnson lifters (same as DC?) with my head/cam build, but after talking with Sean Roe he felt I would be fine with the 96-99 ones. He has seen multiple built cars with stock lifters. You can "shim" the stock type lifters to minimize the bleed down effect.

Or just modify the stock ones into solid rollers and be done with any issues at all...

Call Tator. I got mine from him, don't remember the brand name but Chuck really liked them and the price was right.

Or just use a different build style and never have to worry about lifter issues to begin with.

All depends what you are actually doing.
