Whats up with not being able to upload pics?

Tried to upload some pics into my gallery and I keep getting an error message?

This is a result of the RAID install....some missing software that needs to be re-installed I believe. It has been noted and should be sorted out soon (fingers crossed).

tried Monday... Tuesday.. Yesterday Today..

still not able to upload..

now getting :
