If all the clubs pull out, they get to keep the VPA warehouse. Millions and millions of dollars worth of parts and tooling. They win.

We, as a club, need to hire a few lawyers to take them to court. I would hope we have some smart owners/members that are lawyers that could take the lead and maybe do it Pro-bono

I've seen letters "written by Lee" that look more like they were authored by Chris. Lee is just the puppet. He is not smart enough to engineer this fiasco.

Looking at all that has happened it looks a lot like a lawyer had a whole

I think it is clear now. Legal action is the only path to end this mess. Chris Marshall, Lee, Marv, Bob Carroll, and the newest cronies need to leave viperdom forever. Trying to find a way to keep VPA is your ticket to finding a room with a view (of bars). I hope you enjoy your freedom, while it lasts.

Where are all the "Heavies" like Woodhouse, Tomball and those guys at now that the s**t has hit the fan? Do they have any power to lean on the current regime? Or are they cutting ties? Did Woodhouse release (for lack of a better word) the raffle car? Maybe I missed it but I never heard the names of the winners?

They're probably being smart and just staying out of things. No point getting wrapped up in things and picking sides. Better for business to just be Switzerland and cater to Viper owners. In the long run the club really means little to them, they're just the premier Viper dealers out there that everyone knows about anyway. Their service and knowledge is what sells cars, not their affiliation with the club (this is true for pretty much every vendor/dealer).
