Scotty White has the pole for tomorrow's T1 race in the SCCA Runoffs, and 4 of the top 5 spots are SRT10's. This is HUGE as the Vette's have dominated this event for the last 5 years (partially due to the skills of factory driver John Heinricy), and after SCCA hit the Vipers with a 140lb weight penalty just before the Runoffs started.

The SCCA website has live timing and scoring (www.scca.org) for tomorrow's race (late afternoon I believe).

Best of luck to Scotty, Cindy and all of the Viper pilots!

So, there are C6 Z06's competing? Some members said that they were not competing. Are they C5 vettes? The weight penalty thing is [*****]. I don't agree with that nonsense.

The aluminum frame of the C6 Z06 is approved for SCCA T1 racing.

I count 15 Chevys out of 24 cars. 2 Ferraris and 1 Porsche. No wonder Corvette has dominated T1 before Vipers competed.
