It's a clear title, http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/cto/2434270223.html. I think it's a better buy for $35K with 27k miles and silver with the factory wheels, as compared to the $40k, 40k miles repainted light purple, purple 03.

I don't know him, but I have been in contact with him too. His family is expanding and he needs a bigger vehicle, he's motivated to sell. I've been looking for another Viper close to home but holding out for a 2nd gen. Timing wasn't right but I was interested in your GTS a few months ago.

Thanks for the comments, I am loving the viper, have made almost a 1000 miles on it already, it has been one of my dream cars to own and couldn't be any happier. It did trade in my cadillac and cash for it, but it worth it, it does need work here and there though (e-brake doesn't work, and it has scrapes under front bumper) But I still couldn't be happier.
