Will a 300 shot of NOS break the car loose in 3rd or 4th gear?

One problem with that website, it's minor though.

This method uses the weight of the car and the time it took that car to travel 1330 feet (¼ mile).

it's 1,320 feet for a quarter mile. Not sure how far this would throw the calculation off.

I tried some big Goodyear road race slicks on my 12 teen 94 RT/10 6 yr ago. Spectators come up to me later saying they heard those big slicks spinning at 3/4 track! All slicks are not created equal are they?! Did your engine blow just due to the xtra 200hp pummeling it, or was there a nitrous hardware etc problem that caused it's demise? What kind of nitrous system was it?
