Are you a VCA member that is current? There is a direct thread for these problems to JRT in the VCA members section at the very top.
The magazines are quarterly. VCA notes get sent in between.

If you are a VCA member PM one of the moderators here-kcobean or LeeblacksilverGTS and get upgraded to get access to that area here.

If you are not a member but need some help with it PM me with when you paid and information. We'll get you going.
