Tried doing a search and it's been a few years since the last post on some of the threads i pulled up. Hoping someone out there found a cure that would work for repairing minor scratches/chips on the inside window frame.

I did try using Plasti-Dip, but the color is off a shade.

The original paint has a rubbery feel to it, so not really sure what else to use.
Any suggestions?

In my case it is a flat black. I think so long as its uniform you should be OK.

Are you painting the whole frame or just repairing a section?

Actually just have some really minor chips in the paint. I was just wanting to fill the chips in by dabbing the areas with Q-tip

For the flat areas I use satin black by Rustoleum, not flat black.

I'll give it a shot and see how it looks!

Thanks for the info.
