    Just spoke to Justin and he realized what had happened. theviper had replied to the e-mail with "unsubscribe me", rather than the requested reply phrase of "remove". It wasn't picked up by the sofware as a delete.... SO, He's just added LOTS of variations to make sure this doesn't happen...
