Lee, do you still have your Q? Shawn told me you got the 300C, and apparantly you like it. That may be an understatement. I was kinda wondering why you didn't wait for the SRT8.
I'm looking for the company that manufactures the aftermarket cosmetic fins that are ahead of the doors and fill in the "hole" between the hood and side of the car. Thanks.
We have TNT headers for sale. They're on viper ally. In used, good condition, asking $1,500. Includes high flow cats. If interested e-mail us at [email protected].

I saw one yesterday actually on the road, not the shop, on my way to my brother's baseball game 92-95 RT/10 on Mountain Road in Maryland.
And the count is up to 11 today.
I don't think that's exactly correct. My dad had a good size leak in my present car a few years back, and it didn't pop or burble (although only a 1.6 4 cyl).
1992 red
1993 red, black
1994-95 red, black, emerald, yellow
1996 RT/10 white/blue and black/silver (tapered stripes),
red with yellow wheels and Viper logo on
fender
1996 GTS blue/white
1997 red, blue/white
1998 red/(silver), silver/(blue)
1998 GTS-R (aka GT2)...
Look at what options (or lack thereof) you want in your Viper. Go by that, price, condition, and possibly some other factors.
For example, if you want a coupe (GTS), roadster (RT/10), or convertible (SRT). If you want power accessories, like doorlocks and windows.
May want to try a local auto parts store (Auto Zone, Advance, etc.). There's also a company that often advertises in Car & Driver that sells plain plastic or metal (I think they're metal) in different colors. Grab an issue and just look through to find the company, I'm pretty sure it's...
Re: Oh why not!? Let\'s shuve a viper motor in everything!
I've got a few surplus Vipers and planning to paint some stock and non-stock colors. Should be fun if I get to it!
Re: How do you do a 180 degree burnout
"I've got a good one on video of me in the GTS, part of a long video though, how do you snip a 5 second piece out of a longer video?"
Try Microsoft Movie Maker if you can find it on your comp. e-mail me if you need detailed instructions
When was the last time you ever saw any supercharged car* in any race (not just pole) for NASCAR or F1???
*I think you need to add to your post that superchargers aren't allowed in NASlowCAR or F1!
They do have cars with turbochargers in Le Mans and I've heard/read they have worse lag than...
Thanks Jesse and tell them the Viper owners and enthusiasts support them, and to remind them this is a very small portion of America. Keep yourself safe.
If you want to test fit the SRT-10 seats, try and locate an SRT-4 to sit in. Same seats, just different cover materials. They are tighter than the RT/10 and GTS. You may be able to replace '03+ Viper seats with '92-'02 Viper seats, or you can just go aftermarket.
Since you had mentioned height...
I've gotten out of two tickets in Myrtle Beach last year (down there for college). First one was for running a stop light (had been red for a few seconds), and I hadn't noticed. Came up and stopped at the next red light, cop in the rear view, I turned left as did he, lights went on. He comes up...
I'm currently 19, and little money available since I'm buying my dad's '91 Mazda (first car buying experience). I have since lost a good amount of Viper motivation/enthusiasm since moving away from MD and the Viper folk I knew there (I only know one Viper guy in OH). An example is that I was...
I don't think you can really get it into R in almost any car. I "slightly" experimented once. I was going 40 on a local road (5th gear cruis) in my 91 Mazda 323 hatch. I tried a light pull back into the R gate just to see if it would grind (with my foot feathering the clutch of course), no...
I don't know about all the body panels, but I strongly believe the hood and possibly some other body parts are made of a "plastic composite mold (PCM)". I'm not exactly sure, but I remember reading it in one of my Viper books a while ago. If there isn't another reply to this post, just e-mail me...
I tried going up there once since it's only a few minutes away from my house (maybe 30 minutes). Ended up that I went the wrong direction on the highway and ended up at another dealership (Ricart) that had Fords, Chevy, Isuzu, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, etc. So I spent the rest of the day with...
