how much? THis is a great alternative and the split second piggy back should handle the tuning as only 150 Hp increase. Are you going to do anything with the fuel supply?

I know all about that, I spent 8 hrs fixing Ed's (acellr8) fascia. Adam this could almost be construed as a bash against Elite...
Go onto the alley site and look at my gallery. I fit a 255 line the oem canister with the oem pump. Works great, no cavation, will support 1000Hp and only slightly noiser than just the oem pump. You have to run two lines out of the canister and into a y block.
it can be done, but better have it tuned. That is bordering on the limits of your stock fuel system and the gains arn't that great over a 200 shot. I think the BTR kit is a little safer at that level as the propane adds octane. Laure-chime in here, this is your specialtiy!

For painting, I use Krylon Fusion. It chemically bonds to the plastic and makes for an inexpensive, durable, and attractive finish. You can buy it at Wal-Mart.

BTW Chad DO NOT LET SOMEONE DYE YOUR OTHER INTERIOR PIECES. IT WILL PEEL OFF. OR CHANGE COLORS. I used to dye some door panel inserts and now they have come back to haunt me. Take if from someone who has been there and done that. I can give you references of work that others have had done...
no, they have to be stripped and powder coated. If you blast them make sure the media is not stuck in any crannys or it will come out later in your motor! Do some searchs, lots on info on this as well as a motor that was ruined becasue of sand let in the intake manifold.
If the cats are off, I would just delete the insulation entirly. The rivits are ok as long as thy are sealed correcly. If they are corroided at the rivits I just weld the end pc right on and grind the weld down. I also suggest stainless screws when you reattach.
On a Roe charger it is the only real easy way to cool the charge, but on turbos or paxton charger its a band aid for not doing a properly designed innercooler.
