Had mine removed last year, but intend on putting it back in for those chillier days. 2001 GTS. Local rebuild looking to be too much to do, so wondering about OEM pricing for a new one.
If it is, it can't be but 1/4" or so (and may be more factory-error than anything else). That thin of a stripe you would really notice any tapering.
Oh yeah, and at speed who can tell?!?! :rolaugh:
One of the local Quad Cities owners just striped his own car (GTS) and mentioned something that should have been obvious to me. He just ordered 2x the amount that he needed so if it wasn't straight, he could just redo it.
I would imagine that a thin ACR stripe is much easier than two GTS...
Mine does that occasionally, usually when pulling up on the e-brake too quickly. Didn't take notice if the car was in gear or not. Now I just get in the habit of pulling up slower, and then one last pull to get that last click.
Disclaimer: Sure seems like a LOT more of these popping up in my Google News bot search this year. Posting these here as reminders to others.... Already been called a 'grim reaper' by a local Viper owner (and friend)! :rolaugh:

I'm betting that is an editor's error, since the woman's last name is similar to a man's first name (Sigmon). They kept referring to her by last name, so it could be an easy mistake.
I too have used MSE on various computers, and my experiences have been very different than yours. MSE regularly catches problems that others miss, but no A/V solution is foolproof. The advantage to MSE is its low boot time and low overhead - it does not slow down your system like many others...
His name is quite unique, and there was a former NASCAR car owner in the same area back in the 60's by the same name. Wonder if the Viper owner is his son.
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
I know we have at least one member in Sherman, but whomever it is, I hope they pull through.

I received a PM from someone who witnessed the car speeding by him at great speed (over 80mph) and then came up on the accident a short time later. He mentioned that the car did have dealer plates on it.
Gen1 and Gen2 fascias are definitely different. Since the Gen1 RT's continued past 96, maybe the 96/97 GTS used the Gen1 fascia? (or more likely a replacement fascia)
Heard word of a Viper crash yesterday in your area. Had dealer plates on it, and was travelling at a high rate of speed. Don't see anything online about it, but one of the witnesses PM'ed me here to let us know about the incident. Anyone have any details?
Edit: Nevermind, I'm an idiot...
