Peter are you going to the western states rendezvous ? It's in Santa Barbra this August. We can meet up there! http://socalviper.com/message-board/index.php?topic=1670.msg16965#msg16965
This may not be your problem but it's one more thing you can check out and it's easy to check. The wire harness in the passenger foot well gets cooked from the cats. I did an entire thread on this subject with photos.

Peter, I already went though this. Take a look at my thread, feel free to PM me or email (you are in Socal club correct?) call me if you want.
I can tell what ever you need to know about the sub and the area. You are going to have a difficult time putting another enclosure in that spot, also you...
I have the first Wavetrac that was installed in a Viper. Devin @ Unitrax did the install. They used the OEM fluid. I have 6000 miles on the Diff, 6 track days. The fluid was pretty cooked and I just had it changed.
Guess a few to many track days on the fluid. Anyway here is a write up I did on...
You can buy a code reader from Harbor Freight tools cheap. I bought one it works great I have used it on my Viper and a half a dozen other cars and it's ben great. Reads the codes, displays what they are and you can clear them too. This is the one I have. It's on sale...
I would agree with this. It's more than likely something that is not connected. Don't get hosed anymore. Do it yourself! The stuff comes appart really easy and more than likely you will find the problem right away.
I replaced my head unit and all the speakers as well as sound proofed my entire...
Just install a 8 track under the dash, CD's are out and 8 tracks are back in!
Seriously it really can't be to hard. I sound proofed my entire coupe and had the seats out as well as all the carpet pulled back, plenty of places to run wires to the back...
The guys above are correct Borla makes the Mopar set up. And this is why you should have your car checked out by experts before buying it. Popsicle sticks I love it. :crazy2:
The Chinese unit is junk! Look at the threads. you have to try to hack it to make stuff work, and it never works right or it works for a week and then dies. Don't waist time and money.
I'm in Newbury Park
There is no other direct fit. There are plenty of threads out there on this subject. The stock unit is 1.5 din and standard size is either 1 or 2 din (Single or double) So you will need to either put in a pop up single din or get your dash modified and put a double din in. Don't waist time...
I put the stoptech big brake kit on my 2000 Gts few years ago. They go right on pretty easy. You do have to do some cutting of the brake tab in the back to mount the large caliper in the back. The stoptech kit is top knotch and works great. I would recommend these if you are doing a lot of...
As stated above the black ano will fade with age and heat and sun exposure. There is not much you can do to stop this. The splash marks could be any kind of road grime that splashed up when the rotors are hot. Then then dry at different times then the rest of the rotor. As for cleaning there is...

Check this link for stereo upgrade information. I have done some of what your asking about and gone through some of the stereo upgrades your asking about.
Re: need part #'s for minor work...oil leak, console lighter assembly, door panel gro
VPA stocks the oil lines and the push pins for the doors. Just do some searching on www.viperpartsofamerica.com
I have an 06 with 08 exhaust cans on it. They run from the cats back to the tip. Easy to do and should be cheap if you find someone who upgraded their exhausts on 08 to 10 viper.
Can't you just put the tender pigtail on the battery and then just reach trough the back to connect and disconnect it? That's what I been doing for years and you can't even see the cable when you unplug it. I'm just saying...
Roe racing makes an ebrake relocation kit for like $99 it's easy to do and worth the price to get the right part.,I did this on my 2006 and run SSR 18" wheels all the way around with toyo 888's on the track. Theset up works great. I have sport cups on the street, IMO terrible tire once they have...
The splitter and rear wing work together. Removing the rear wing will make the rear of the car unstable , no downforce. Then the front has downforce from the splitter, pushing the front wheels down. That is a bad combo for sure. If you remove one remove both. Or you can just drive the car slow...
I don't like to have to open and close my battery compartment much, I have two spare tires on top of it in the rear hatch, just in case. One for the front and one for the rear. Cover all my bases that way. :lmao:
