    Drove about 1/2 mile on flat (non-runflat) tire- is it ruined?

    You could keep the tire on the car, but what about the next time you want to do a quick run up to say 120 mph or so, are you going to do that on a repaired tire after you drove 2 blocks with it being flat?? I wouldn't take that kind of a chance. I'd get a new one!

    Makes sense, 17 inch wheels might the 35 psi, where as 18 wheels on newer gen II's are 29 psi.

    yep they do have rev limiters. I wouldn't make it a habit of hitting it, but that's just me.

    So I had the viper for about a week. Decided tonight to take the air filters out and have a look. Take a look at what I found. I am guessing original filters with 26k on them! Guess the dealer's 102 point inspection did not catch this...

    Did that and the plastic knob came off. I would assume that the knob then isn't suppose to come off? Thanks for the tip I'll try and fix it.
