Mark,
Thanks for the help. Please let me know if you find one because my car is sitting at the local dealer without oil and I would like to get it back home.

I need to replace the factory oil pan on my 2000 GTS and I am wondering if there is any place to buy one online? According to my local Dodge dealer, they are not available in the US at this time. I do not want a deeper one, but I would consider a used one if a performance shop has recently...
From what I recall, the general consensus on this board 4-5 years ago was to change the oil after just 200 miles and then, about every 6-12 months regardless of miles. The first oil change was done early during the recommended 500 mile break in period to replace the original oil added at the...
I have a 2000 GTS with only 2500 miles which I bought new. Over the weekend, the serpentine belt came off due to a bad power steering pulley bearing. (Common problem?) The work will be covered by the 7 year, 50,000 mile warranty, as was the rollback ride to the dealer.
Now, the dealer is...
A Ford buddy of mine sent these to me last night.
As with the original Viper, you cannot help but like a car that looks this good in a photograph.
Just imagine it on the road...
Very interesting back end on this car.
I have had the Garmin StreetPilot 2610 with a 512MB CF card for several months. It is a great unit and I highly recommend it due to the remote control and the screen clarity in all lighting situations. (ie. Bright sun, night time, etc.) Plus, they were on sale at Amazon.com for $529 just the...
Re: 19\" CCW Wheels ------what tires are there out there/prices??
I bought my 19" CCWs from Jon B, as he had a better price. The only size for the rear is 345/30 and I bought the 285/30 for the front. The normal front is the 275/30, so the 285s are a little taller (and more money).
I had the same problem with mine after the first year. I did not lean on it, or place anything heavy on it, or let someone sit up there, etc. I am not sure how it happened.
Northwest Dodge in Houston took care of it under warranty. No questions were asked, they just replaced the center...
Is there any reason why mine idles at about 1400 when the car is rolling, but slows to 800-900 as soon as I come to a complete stop? It is the same whether the car is in neutral with the clutch out or when I am holding the clutch in.
Not sure if this is normal or something wrong with my...
Thanks to those who answered. Any opinions on the diameter of the headers? More power? More sound? The cost is about $500 more for the 1.875". It is worth it?
I have K&N Filters, Smooth Tubes, RT Highflow Cats (Ceramic) and the 3" Corsa Exhaust on a 2000 GTS. I am thinking about SS headers, but would like an opinion on how much louder the car will sound when driving around town. Has anyone else added headers after changing their exhaust, as a...
Re: Going from 17\'s to 19\'s - Help!!
Here are the 19" 16-spoke Purners on my car. The look and feel is great, plus the cost was very reasonable. I would go with the 285s up front, as they help fill up the wheel wells more than the 275s.
Highflow cats fixed my sidesill heat problems. They were less than $400 for a pair. I have taken several drives since getting them and the sidesills have been cool to the touch when exiting the car. This NEVER happened before.
When I bought my 2000 GTS from a Dodge dealer's showroom, they would not let me drive it until after I signed all the paperwork. I know they did not let anyone else drive it, so even though I was a ticked at the time, I am glad they stuck to their policy.
When my 03 SRT came in, the dealer...
Matthew,
That picture is really sick. Who would do that to their Viper? Oh well...
I moved from Michigan to Texas so I would not have to deal with that problem any more.
