i think you can raise up the rear brackets for the hood about an inch. might give you enough room to put on a 3.3 that is used in the viper trucks. probably an easy swap and if you can run 12# boost you could probably put down over 750 on pump gas.
I wouuld be careful putting heads on a Roe 10# car...your benefits are not worth the cost. The blower is to small for the engine, now you are going to try to put more air thru someting less effiecent that cant handle it, you may end up losing boost...search the alley seems that you need to...
Bellangers shop is in Peoria. eddie put on my B&B headers, hi flos, bellanger catback. He can also do gears.
Lou B. could put the headers in for you though.
PM me with any questions
if you dont have a good check valve you are going to go thru alot of W/M. trust me i know...put the check valve closer to the intake...you will just use less of it. but it can go anywhere.
as the line comes up from the pump to the back of the engine I have the check vale right behind the engine, the a 2" line then a "T" to go off to each side of the S/C.
tank fits fine in that spot. Drill holes for brackets and use a velcro strap.
mine melted when it touched the exhaust...if you get a leak just look for a white puddle in your garage. I fixed it with palstic tie-downs and now run it along the frame!...just get irrigation hose at home depot, its cheap and effective. thats the beauty of the wideband in cockpit, a quick...
since you cant see the tubing i never had a concern of having SS lines. but, if i keep the car, I am going to go over the whole thing when i do the fuel system and SS lines for fuel and W/M
I pour in a gallon of distilled water, then pour the meth into that water bottle and then into the jug in my tank. so i know its a gallon and a gallon.
quick tip...take one of the gallon jugs and cut the bottom off, I use that as my funnel so I dont have to take the jug out of my trunk...
No, it there are many outside factors...for instances in san diego my buddy gets 12-13#s of boost with a 10#. in phx my 5# gets me about 6.5#s of boost in 4th gear, but only 5#s in 2nd, running w/m 50/50. maybe it just has more time to develop more boost
thanks! Enjoy the weather up there. man that giants game looked cold:rolaugh:I grew up in NNJ, telling you right now that you would love the roads out here...wide open is an understatement...imagine Rt287 with no one on it:2tu:
it would suit that paxton top end well:drive:
if you could run straight water then what would be the worry? Just wondering, I think it would only affect the tune right? Thats all I could see:dunno:not disagreeing, becasue it would be alot easier to run water only?
quick answers, get blown then get meth. downside is engine goes boom if your running it aggresive and you are in boost, it evaporates very quickly. did it myself.
on a N/A engine you would IMO have to have such a build and tuned so aggresive for it to make it worth the benefit of having it...
