You Do!!! pull your seats out and take a look. there is nothing to them. i made my own. these places that charge you 150 to $200 are just ripping you off. take your time, buy some square stock metal and make your own.
in this case i have to agree with the dealer. one thing i have found also is sometimes projects that are supposed to take a week or two end up taking a month or loinger and they don't want the car sitting there all that time.
i don't know what made me think of it but i have never seen anyone talk about or advertise underdrive pulleys for a Gen 1.:dunno: i was just wandering if no one made them or if they were any good or made a difference.
i was thinking the same thing. lots of names and faces i have never seen before. i think this is the first post i have ever seen someone listed as banned. :nono::censored:
great ending!! hopefully there will be several posts to this thread so as many people see the good ending as did the bad begining. i.e. so autoforms rep isn't damaged.
not to be smart but you must be darn lucky not to have these problems. half the people i deal with in the auto and construction industry are like this. i waited 2 years and 4 months for an engine for my truck from snyder and snyder machine shop in northumberland PA only to have problems...
i did the same thing. i might buy another one to use because a screw driver even with a rag around it can still scratch as i found out the hard way.
