    guess it's all opinion... I'm not really seeing it as an issue, plus a stormy california summer day is something I'll chance. could be wishfull thinking :) but I'd like to say it did feel a tad nicer from lets say 60-110mph... nothing huge I just love the price of this mod though

    thx, just did.... some say power... some say no increase.... I'm figuring it's free... I'll try it out. GTSsnake, I'm just curious... if you are increasing the flow of air... how can no increase in power be seen? legit question, as I'm no performance tech... just a home garage head :)

    awesome, thanks John.... did my description above sound about right? cut out that piece of plastic restricting the direct airflow, then cover the top of the box up? should be able to see the filters with the hood closed through the nose? thx... perfect project for a sunday afternoon :)

    Has anyone done their own debaffling? This is obviously for those who won't drive in the rain but... I'm thinking you cut out that restriction on the box so that air flows directly to the filters, and you seal the top with some sheet metal and rivets.... any opinions as to whether I'll see...

    I could care less what GM does to their Vettes... I'd never leave a Viper for a Vette. you have your Vette guys and you have your Viper guys... then somewhere in the middle you have the Sheep.... the Sheep will flock to wherever the buzz is... and it happens to be the Vettes time to shine...

    Wasn't sure about Vipers, but I agree with the 35-40%.... I've purchased Salvaged before.. I always estimated at paying no more than 40% of a clean titled vehicle. Cause if/when you look to dump it, someone typically has to come with cold cash to take it off your hands. I've never seen...

    I had the same decision to make, chrome or white.... went with Chrome also... never looked back! Nice looking ride man... the Chrome sets it off!
