Uploaded my amateur RT/10 video on cardomain and won!

That's cool, and with just a pocket camera. :2tu: I had a mate play around taking some pics while I was welding the other day, fancy camera with different shutter speeds, amazing effects, the sparks showed up as wierd solid rods, and interesting effect of Viper by weld light, which obviously...

    Vipers 1st & 3rd, Brit Hillclimb

Not sure how many Viper owners are into Hill climbs (as very little interest or support from UK bunch) but if of interest to anyone out there, the UK Roe-Supercharged "Twins" took 1st and 3rd. The Vipers are also to be featured in a film about British hill climbs (that I'm co-presenting) ;) One...

Roe Racing Now Carrying the Full Line of Brembo Brake Upgrades!

Nice one Sean, but wish I'd known in advance!...as ordered from Oreca (France) and they are greedy sods to deal with! If only they have Dave to sort matters, I just had a container leave too!

Recovered some pics of my old RT

So sad to read the car is not in all its glory anymore. Not be on-line for a while, saw Sea-snake pics in title and you got my attention, that was one fab looking Viper. Those pics are a keep-snake/sake.

one of the last things my dying friend did

Thanks for posting, it will inspire others just to realise how short life can be, and make a difference in a nice way while you're alive. This is something money can't buy. You did a wonderful thing; but it makes it all the harder when true mates are parted. I've lost 4 mates myself aged...

    roe blower guys

I'm running a self fabricated air system like PJBs; best I found to work, but smoothed and opened out 3" outlets and rain baffel removed with high flow filters is good too. The SC has more draw ie "sucks" air-in than NA. 1Tony1 ...I need you to come and wisper in my ear with those numbers :-)

    GTS-R 96-99 parts help

Firstly, Hi Mike RT 2000 black RT10, hope you got my PM reply (I'm not very sure of these new VCA systems, it didn't give sent confirmation?). Anyway, calling all GTS-R 96-99 year parts contacts, I have chassis #C2 I'm restoring, but more importantly a collector/racer in Europe has C22 and C23...

    Apache..oooh...

"Are you running narcotics again??" :rolaugh: Hey Kyle, thanks for the link, not seen those flickr pics, cool find! Juli, yes we got to run on the airfield, although some of us not for too long; I bust my trans and coasted through the 3/4 mile shoot out in neutral at 162 mph :( I got to...

    Silverstone todays pics

Hi Dean, yeah those allignment plates are so nice, and make it easy to try and adjust settings, that I'm going to change my GTS to use them. The bolts are different diameter, but I'm thinking of machining parts and machining the arms to take spherical bearings anyway. Tyler, the Viper sounded...

    S/C heat soak

A good water injection system as well would help, running water and methanol mix. I think air to air intercoolers are more efficent.

    ViperDays Sebring pics

The Cone brake cooling kit works very well, every Gen I/II should have one that see's a circuit! Chuck, how have you managed to race so long without? The Cones ball joint boots shields are really trick, works of art in the form of metalic shields, huge thanks to Janni for these...my GTS loves...

    Silverstone todays pics

The wheels are 18" one piece magnesium BBS, they are light as a feather, but magnesium is very prone to corrosion should the paint get a chipped (or wasted if they get dinged/curbed!). The stud pattern will fit any year Viper, but on SRT10 the rear won't clear the park brake, and the offset is...

    e-brake route?

Thanks Tom. It's an SRT10 park brake system that I'm working on, but I guess like the Gen I and II's then, they route the cabels high? I'm sure you've studied the brakes...SRT park brake calipers interestingly are Brembo single 36mm piston, but with cute little pads, and the caliper has a...

    e-brake route?

Hi all, been a while since I've posted :nono: Can anyone please enlighten me as to the routing of the e-brake cables, from where they come out the trans tunnel and route around the diff...do they pass between the front diff mounts, do they go over or under? Do they go around the rear frame...

    Tie rod rubber boot?

Hi Tom, thanks for help there, a Dakota is even rarer over here than Vipers! Parts places can't find or match anything to that boot, and UK Dodge/Chrysler can only get the whole tie rod arm with boot, no separate boot...In USA are you able to purchase the boot separately from either Dodge, or...

    Tie rod rubber boot?

I think I remember the tie rod end ball joint rubber boots (genII) are not available? Just ran a search on here but couldn't find much. I've only just put new tie rods on all around, but my front boots have melted  I've taken the boots off, but they are beyond any repair...the # on them...

    Viper not on lift!

The car on my lift and in the garage normally is a Viper, or at least something of American origin :usa:  But...I got something non-American on my lift to work on! Well, it's a part USA actually...runs the new Mustang Cobra V8 motor: Anyone know what the car...

    FIRE in the wheel-well!

Dean, you too have nice brown color caliper lettering, don't expect Dodge produced them with the lettering in mind as a heat temp indicator though! Neil got this pic of my rotors glowing in the daylight if you look carefully!

    Burnin HOT Side Sills

D; you need different progs/cards for temps and gas ratings, I've sent most of summer here chasing them! Good luck!
