It was a perfect winter day here in NorCal, and I took a camera along to get some good shots in the afternoon sun...

A neighborhood spot near my house:

How about some pictures of that engine? We see yellow RT/10's all the time, DLM Level 4's on the other hand...

The rollbar is by Autoform, and believe it or not the factory hardtop fits over it without a hitch. Wheels are 19" Forgeline VR1s in full polish.

And yes, yellow cars are definitely the fastest

I've never tried fitting the soft top over the rollbars. My guess is it would fit, since the fabric extends up substantially above the frame.

And yes, this was the RT in Doug's booth at VOI.

fast?

Ben your car is beautiful! Love the wheels too. The sc system is WOW. A whole lot different from mine. Doug has really out done himself on that one. Another work of art for sure. I may have to consider that one for myself!
cstegall, is your car going to be that same system? Did you get the Intercooler too? I'm sending my car back to Doug soon for some upgrades with the intercooler. I really do like that system.
Hopefully Doug will give me the old customer discount LOL.

Cheers,
Chuck

Nice pics, Ben! Are you coming to Texas in February? I know a lot of people would love to see your car at PowerFest 2003!

Gary -- I'll try to make PowerFest, though getting those multi-day weekends is very hard with two small kids

It sounds like it'll be a blast!

Nathan -- I have cats and would pass a sniffer test, but not a visual. Fortunately, if the sniffer clears the car there are many shops which will turn a blind eye to the extras bolted onto the engine. If that weren't the case, just about every Viper on the road out here would fail -- even aftermarket exhausts are typically non-compliant here in Cali!
