You might have seen my earlier post this week. http://forums.viperclub.org/rt-10-gts-discussions/635517-might-buying-b-w-gts-week.htmlTonight I actually pulled the trigger. Right now I have a beautiful 96 B/W sitting in my garage. I still can’t believe it and I have to poke my head into the garage just to make sure it isn’t a dream. After all of the Vipers I have looked at I decided to purchase Sneaky C’s viper. 96 B/W GTS - ViperClub Classifieds It had more miles than I originally wanted but the car was spotless. Being local was also a big plus too.

Special thanks to Bernie with Tomball Dodge/BJ Motors. When I took the car to Tomball Dodge yesterday to get inspected by their viper tech Bernie shows up and drives the car back. He said that he wanted to look the car over personally. He went over the whole car and even ripped his shirt when he caught it on the hood. I owe him a new shirt now:lmao:. When he said this car is one of the nicer ones he has seen, just about sealed the deal. If you are ever in the Tomball area you have to stop by and see the upstairs showroom. Talk about impressive.

Time for me to poke my head into the garage again to make sure it is still there........Yep still there.:D

Well, the license plate is still there. And judging from the pic it looks like it might be attached to a car of some sort.

Nonetheless if you really do have a Viper we know the feeling. Congrats.

Thats what I figured. I want to drive it till the wheels fall off.....then buy more and do it all over.

I am in Houston just south of the Galleria. I see you are in Houston too. Where are you? I hear there is a big viper group in town. Would love to meet you all.

Just got finished washing her and now off to show some jealous corvette friends. :lmao:

Awesome looking car. Forget the mileage, just enjoy the car! I love the feeling I get every time I head out to the garage. Wish I could drive it every day!

Don't take a job as a photographer, but, probably a nice car and enjoy it!!

I will be sure to tell my girlfriend not to quit her day job. :rolaugh:

Had a horrible time trying to sleep last night and got up at 5:30 so I could give her a bath.

What a fun day out getting used to the car! Here is a picture of her all clean and getting ready to head out. I am so glad that I got a viper instead of a corvette. Corvettes just look boring next to a viper.

Congrats on your 96 GTS purchase. There is so much you can do with it. If you ever have any questions, shoot me a PM. I try to keep up with everthing 96 GTS related.

cast iron exhaust manifolds or tube headers? I have some like new 2001 stockers if you're interested. That's my second favourite color GTS. Congrats!

I was wondering where Bernie got that B/W GTS he had on the track the other day - I didn't think he had one of those in stock. It's amazing how well you can drift a GTS - simply beautiful in the hands of a good driver like Bernie!:omg::drive::2tu: I was wondering if you still had the original tires on the GTS - there was sure a lot of smoke pouring off them around the corners, just like the old PS1 tires did.

Cool car - enjoy!

Bernie did NO SUCH THING! ...that I saw:lmao:

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I plan on joining the VCA as soon as possible and can't wait for my first cruise with other viper owners. :drive:
