Taking it apart is really not that hard to do. I was going to write a story on how mine was done and post it with the modification Forum but, Have yet to get it complete. I did post some pictures of it on an alubm here on this site so you can look at a few. I got a really professional job done on the ports/runners and very happy with the diverter setup as well. So I have it together except for the cowel and wipers but, the good thing is there is a Summit Bracket Races Monday Presidents Day and Twister your right, I will be there if it's dry. I am hoping for a tenth of a sec. Anyway if you want the exact details or any questions just hollar up. Also just finished my line lock as well. That was much harder than the manifold.
Regarding tools that motor is built with 1/4-20 bolts all the manifold bolts started out stock 7/16 but I went to 5/16 head 1" 1/4-20 12 point stainless bolts. No you know that looks hot on black powder coated manifold.
