Of course!
Biggest three things to a good powder coat:
1) Make sure the powder coater properly masks all the holes (especially threaded ones) and ribs.
2) Oil is also a problem, be sure to remove the baffles from the valve covers and degrease, best if you can hot tank them with clean fluid. Why? Oil outgasses during the baking process of the powder coating leaving small "bubbles" if the parts or not properly cleaned.
3) When they get back, make sure they are clean enough to surgically implant.... any glass beads that may have been left inside the manifold during prep for powder coat will play heck on your engine if not removed! Be sure to check WAY in the back of the intake, many remove the plugs at the back ends of the intake to allow for full cleaning.
