Of course you can! Plan on replacing all the injector o-rings as they do not like being replaced once they are used. Might I suggest you paint your cowl your Mamba White to match the body if you have not already and maybe do the PCM cover to match the intake. What color are you thinking to go with the white?

If you were not already running polished tubes on your blower set-up I would suggest doing steel smooth tubes to match the intake.

Of course!

Biggest three things to a good powder coat:

1) Make sure the powder coater properly masks all the holes (especially threaded ones) and ribs.

2) Oil is also a problem, be sure to remove the baffles from the valve covers and degrease, best if you can hot tank them with clean fluid. Why? Oil outgasses during the baking process of the powder coating leaving small "bubbles" if the parts or not properly cleaned.

3) When they get back, make sure they are clean enough to surgically implant.... any glass beads that may have been left inside the manifold during prep for powder coat will play heck on your engine if not removed! Be sure to check WAY in the back of the intake, many remove the plugs at the back ends of the intake to allow for full cleaning.

Just make sure your guy knows what he's doing - mine
powdercoated a couple of threads shut and they needed to be
re-tapped.

Given that you can retap them, threaded holes with coat in them are not a crisis, but it they blast or coat the injectors holes you have a real issue because there is no tap to clean them up.

My Valve covers have the typical bubbling and the guy that does it here says powder coat won't hold up to the heat under the hood and recommends I ceramic coat them like exhaust pipes. He says I couldn't get the Krinkle paint effect but it would be smooth. I like the Krinkle. Who's the best at coating? I don't mind shipping them Outside, have to do that all the time. ANY input??

Translation: I just realised that you drive a Viper instead of Neon, I need to charge more...

Bull. Mine were powdercoated 2 years ago and are just fine.
