Hennessey??? Reason I am asking I am thinking about Hennessey headers. Anyone have them? Do they make good numbers? Do they throw CEL? I hope to find someone who has them on their SRT.

Have you checked out the Belanger setup and hp/tq gians? They really shine in the midrange.

Don't know the whole story, but a guy in Atlanta had them installed on his 08 and within a few months has taken them off and is looking to sell them. My buddy's shop did the install; I never spoke with the owner.

For Gen IV cars, from my understanding they do throw codes. If you plan to go with the Mopar PCM than it won't matter as the code is for rear O2. The Mopar PCM will cure this issue, other wise you have to live with the light or take the bulb out. I am not recommending, nor condoning any of these possibilities just trying to answer the question.

For Gen III cars it may be fine, but most likely you will need to have the PCM flashed to turn off the rear O2s or use Sim Eliminators (which are not sold anymore from my understanding as they are illegal at the company got busted). Again, not saying if it is right or not, just answering the question.

OOHHH so the CEL the headers throw is a rear(downstream) O2 problem. I dont have cats so I have already had to plug my rear O2 bungs and hang my rear O2 on trans to sniff the fresh air. So if this is the CEL headers can throw I am already good to go:2tu:

LOL...I know what you're watching on a certain online Buyer/Seller apparatus. :D

If the price remains low, you may possibly get a good deal. If not, consider Belanger headers. Belanger's have been proven and many vendors/dealers/tuners here (including Lou Belanger) support Belanger. Support/Service being the operative words.

Good luck. If you do end up with these headers, post pics and progress.

Agree with everything that is said above, but want to add that a good deal is not a good deal if you don't get the out come you want... grasshopper... ;-)

OK thanks for the replies but after speaking with JonB I have decided to wait and save up for the belanger headers, Just comes down to sometimes(actually most of the time) you get what you pay for. So when I can scrape up the money I will be running belangers on my car, of course we will have to see who can give the best deal "cough" "cough" JonB or Brandon:rolleyes::D. Of course it hard to scrape up money when it goes out the door so fast, just bought a carbon fiber Vipair 08' hood. Now I gotta spend more money on paint and gunmetal stripes again:)

LOL...no, I do not have that power.

There is NO interface of any kind for the staff to view *** of the other members. This data would have to be pulled directly out of the database or the filesystem, whichever PM's are stored in, and that is something only someone with direct server access could do.

Unprovoked attack on my character. Classy. If you weren't already being punished by having a Viper with a V8 in it, as all yellow Vipers do, I'd pursue further slander charges against you :lmao:

Hey, I'm yella and I have a small...engine. You got a problem with it? :dunno:
