CCV Hose Replacement

I have an 06 with paxton. The ccv hose at the valve cover slipped off a couple weeks ago (under hard acceleration), it seems kinda oily / slipperty and doesn't want to stay on so I clamped it. Yesterday the one at the bottom of the intake came off. Not sure if I pulled it some when I put the other one back on the last time or not. Anyone have this issue? I looked on the vpa for the replacement elbows but didn't see any. Is this a dealer only part? Also didn't see a part # in the manual.

On my 2005 that hose with elbows is sold as an assembly (if we are talking about the same hose-- from left valve cover near the oil fill cap to the front lower intake manifold). I have one new-in-the-bag as a spare... the P/N is 05037306AE. Search on that and it's about $18.79.
