Sent a new Cobra packing tonight. I have to say I drilled his eyeballs out. I pulled two low .5 Reaction times and made him red light both times. Before the first race I heard the owner describing his mods, pulley, chip, headers, exhaust, and gears. All the Mustang boys were flocking around him, I guess he was their boy king. When I lined up next to him he took his headlights out, then he took off his pulley belt and put another one on. I was waiting for him to start removing fenders, doors hood, etc. I had him by 4-5 car lengths each time, after the second race he never came back, he just drove off into the night, I guess looking for some ricer to beat up on. :usa:

Congrats John, where was this and who was this guy? I will need to rub this in to my two good friends that have blown Steeda's. I might have to start hanging out with you and Cudaman for some lessons. I guess I will be seeing your beast this weekend at Larry's.

Regards,

Bindy

Bindy,

It was at Orlando Speedworld on Wednesday. I don't know the guy but I have seen him out there before. I'm sure he was blaming the heat, but I still ran ok and the blower casing neve cooled down. With only about 80-100 cars we were making run after run, with little or no cool down time, however I stayed consistent in the low to mid 11s.

No, but the hood was up and the Roe Supercharger is hard to miss. Since he is probably runing 14-17 psi and I'm running only 5 psi I don't feel to bad for him.
