What is the differance, well, let me restate that!:D Are there any parts that are the same between the Comp Coupe and a street coupe?:D

Are any parts the same or are they all pretty well different? How about ACR parts. Does it use any ACR parts?

Just curious. My mind got a rolling after looking through some comp coupe parts and pictures!

Thanks!

Most of the parts IE: suspension, chassis, drive line, brakes are the same on a Comp Coupe as on a SRT10 street car. The engine has a slightly more agressive cam(708), but that is available thru your dealer. The body is of course different, all CC body panels are carbon fiber and Nomex honeycomb. Then of course there's the wing and splitter those are also carbon fiber. I hope this helps.

I did not realize that much was the same!:omg:

Yes, that does help. I was just curious as there is not alot of tech info available as to what is the same as street and what is different.

Thanks!

Lets not forget that the comp coupe gets a fully adjustable Moton Suspension and has a full frame roll cage.

IMO they should have used the back of the CC on the street car, it would have been awesome...

Different gas tank, seats and dash (pretty much all the interior).
IIRC, the CC comes with- or setup for- a fire suppression system.

Think Comp Coupe is too wide in the rear to be street legal, hence the different styling.

CC also looks better as it is lowered more than is legal for a street production car.
