Eibach Springs feed back

Fairly new owner of 2001 gts (yellow black stripe) and i am considering putting in eibach springs. my main concern is the clearance of the front spoiler?

any feedback on this would be helpful as i searched this forum and could not really find much on this subject. also any pics of a before and after would also be great.

I like mine and have not noticed a clearence problem.If you are used to being careful neither will you. GTS Bruce

thanks bruce. yes i am ultra careful of my gts and am one of those fanatical mainenance and care type people. nice and sunny in vancouver today so just got home from a day out with the car.

any other feedback or pics?

Most of us don't have a front spoiler.

You will not be able to stand hearing the front spoiler dragging the ground if you lower it.

I have front spoiler, check my avatar.
It has also Eibachs. Not a huge problem, but I have to be alert all the time, tire parts on road, dead animals, speed bumps is a big NO-NO, etc.
I do however get it repainted (or repaired) once a year. It is a cost associated with the spoiler, but because I'm a poser it's OK.

Go get it lowered!!!

well, not a ton of feedback but am going to try it out. just can't stand the gap any longer. i guess worst case the old springs would just go back in.

I love mine.

Just be extra careful with speed bumps, driveways, etc.

I love mine as well. I re adjusted the damping to make sure I wasn't getting any bounce.

Would there be much of a change in ride height in an ACR? What are the spring rates for Eibachs versus those in the ACR and has any ACR owner installed them?
