I am validated! Nsane...I have been VCA member previously.... and did not renew... I am seeing change and will contemplate renewing...... Are you all going to share the financials with member?

Malcoll.... I **** at secrets. We are putting the final touches on our first budget in 4 years. Yes, you read that right, like our federal government, the previous boards didn't think it important to do a budget, yes for 4 years. I've never heard of such a thing... Well we have one, we will be sharing it, and while it doesn't help a lot to show the comparison with 2013 (we are SO far different from how that was run, it's actually like a different company) we will do so to show where we came from and where we are going.
We, like you, think you deserve to know where the money goes, it's your club after all. Why this was not shared before, I can only guess.
Don't take my word for it, wait til you see it, huge strides forward. Short answer: yes
Oh yeah, magazines are printed, heading to shipping...

Not so much. A friend just tried posting in this thread. He is still being moderated. So think about it, last 6-7 months as a VCA member, not getting but 1 or 2 mags for the whole year and is not allowed to post without Mod approval(which is a rare occurrence). Nothing has changed, there are still about 45 people on double secret probation. Hope and change......................

Yes there are still people on mod, from numerous requests, from multiple members. We don't need to keep bringing that up. Most of the ones you mention have already had multiple chances off mod, including the one you mention.
We're not going to make everyone happy, but hopefully we'll get most... No, we don't need more trolls, they are not welcome.

It's a buck twenty five or so to be a supporting member and not be a mooch. Geez I spent more on Girl Scout cookies. Theres a lot of access to info and people you can talk to if you need help with your Viper. I could care less about magazines, financials, events, trinkets, who's running what, or who screwed who.

The point about releasing financials is huge. The year ended march 31, 2013....almost 10 months ago. Hard to believe that the financials have not been compiled, edited, reviewed, re-reviewed and filed in that time frame. Why not put them out now for review by the membership? Major statement by the new regime.

LOL, all right, took awhile for this thread to de-rail (and partly my fault). Granger, you're right financials should have been completed 10 months ago, you'll have to ask the previous team why they weren't, cause they weren't. We will release soon. Everyone else, if you have troubles getting "viper owner" please go to the ask VCA thread. Canadian, asked and answered, several times.
