glove box issue

has anyone had to adjust the glove box in front of the passenger seat? My 09 has a box that is really off and dont know how to adjust?

also it shows me as a rookie and I am a VCA member.. how does that get changed?

Yep, I got the same issue on my 05.

You need to put your VIN in your profile and PM an admin with your membership info to have them upgrade your status. You need to know your membership number.
