green viper sighting in nashville with GA plates

saw it coming home from work.. there is no worse feeling than drving along side another viper (since i never see them here) and NOT driving your own.. but not only was it a viper.. it was another green viper. georgia plates that said BFDEAL or BFSALE or something.. anyone know him?
