Hey guys I\'m New (Residual Question)

Hey guys,
Just checkin in. I've been lurking around this forum for almost a year but with a Viper far out of sight I didn't decide to make an account until now! Now that I should be financially set to get a new SRT-10 in about 2-3 months (Also want to wait out for the 05's) I thought I'd register!

Anyways onto my question: I am trying to decide between leasing and buying right now and saw that on the Dodge page (at least in the Canada section) after usuing the calculator the residual they offer is about 53% (thats with 24 thousand kms annually). Now I know the residuals are not so high on cars like Corvettes right now but thats becuase the C6's are coming out but I've heard of Corvette owners getting residuals of upto 65%!! So I thought I'd ask you guys what type of residual you have recieved on your Viper. Thanks in advance!

Viper's don't depreciate as fast as a regular car so 53% is probably low but good luck getting any better. Why not finance the thing or better yet buy a used already depreciated Viper?

Where in Canada are you?

3 year lease should be around 60%

I'm in Vancouver BC....I hope I can get about 60% on a 3 year lease without a garuntee to buy at the end of it. 60% would also sound more reasonable.
