Here is what you should get:

1. Intake Manifold Gaskets (2)
2. Thermostat crossover gaskets (2)
3. Thermostat and Thermostat gasket (suggest 170)
4. PVC Valve rubber grommet for valve cover
5. Exhaust Manifold Gaskets (2)
6. Spark plug wire seperators / They break (7)
7. Head Gaskets MLS Cometic (2)
8. Lifter tie bar hold-down bolts (10)
9. Front timing cover gasket
10. Crankshaft front oil seal
11. Oil filter remote gasket
12. Oil Filter
13. Oil pressure relief valve springs and shuttle valves (updated/ Arrow Racing)
14. Oil Pan Gasket (if you have an aluminum one it could be reused)
15. Lifters (low bleed) suggested with higher mileage
16. Modified upper timing gear (Arrow racing/ to degree cam)

You should surface the heads for a MLS gasket, do a valve job and replace the seals if you have more than 30k. Bigger cams require more fuel on Gen 1's so change to the Gen 2 injectors and have the computer calibrated. Check the serpentine belt and tensioner. Might want to change the rubber hoses while you have it apart. Check the water pump for "weep hole leakage" and replace if need (reman). Check all the plug wire boots for cracks.

Hope this helps.
