HRE 20\'s and rotors today! Pics

We put 20 inch HRE 547r's on today. We also put the baer rotors and ss brake lines on. I think it looks pretty good but I can't wait to hear what you guys and gals think. Some have said here that 20's belong in rap video's... I don't think so. Thanks

I've always liked the looks of the HRE 547s, and I think that they look great in 20" size on the GTS.
Are those the "R" versions with the reversed rims?
Are those polished, or just normal?

What was the cost of the wheels/tires? And how much were the Baer rotors?

El Diablo, Yes it sits a bit higher. The rear is a little high in part because I have removed everything in the trunk/rear area in prep for stereo. After a 50lb woofer, amps and box go back there... well I think it will sit down a bit more but it needs to come down more. My wife has had that look lately...you know the one... like she just stuck her finger into a light socket. Lowering is slated for next year. Along with bending the ears of the Roe, DLM and Hef. Anyway, yes the wheel tire combo is taller in profile than stock by a little, so it is higher.

Great looking car, pity black can never keep up with a red Viper.

No Seriously love the look if KIT from Knightrider in the 80's was reborn for TV it would have to be your Viper, menacing but warm and friendly too.

Looks great - I love the wheels! I have 546's that I got a deal on - but 547's have always been my favorite.

20's rule

Gotta **** up that wheel well space... They also stick out another inch - which brings them all the way out flush with the car panels...

It is a trick line with the ghetto comment about. Chrome looks great with your black. Mine are not chromed - thought that might wreck the look... SO I left them as is - titanium color... Another guy in Florida has a set of Startechs that he chromed - he has a black RT/10 and it looks great on his car...

Huhhh...They need Spectacles

Rap videos may have made 20's and up rims popular but that doesnt take away the effect they have on a car.....Now if it was 20's on a Civic then it would be ridiculous.....But on the Viper its magic.....Nothing fill out a Viper wheel well like 20's......It makes the car look even more solid carved from an ingot...Me like....Seen 20 on a Z06 as well I think it was SW's or maybe NOMercy's...Eitherway it was a white Z06......

Thank you SOOOOO much for the comments. I should explain the rap video comment. I saw a new startech srt on the other forum that had 20's on it. I think it's the coolest looking car I've seen in a while. Criag 201 said that 20's belong in rap videos not on a viper. Glen, your car rocks. snakebitten, thanks man, your cool. Nice hre's ben, remember that it's not the size that... well you know the rest. My spoiler is going on the front after I have it line x'd.(another vca member helped me on that) and then the stereo is going in at the end of the month(camera, JL12W7 and some other tricks) but that is IT for the year. No more looking forward to the ups man...sigh. Thank you everyone! Lastly... I think we can now put the whole "fastest colour" thing to bed forever. You can see the pics right?
