...Rubberized rectangular flaps on the inside fender well. The Tator told me they are no longer available and to try and find the material and cut my own. I have no idea where to find this rubbery mat like material. Any Ideas?

Tiepilot,

I went through the same problem on my 2000 but,if I remember correctly,Chuck told me that they are not available separarely but only with the inner fenders.

Anyhow, I did find the exact same material........... on the inner front fender of a 95 Ford explorer.

They cost like $7 and are big enough to make 5 or 6 of the flaps.

I can get you the part # tomorow.
I also soucred the exact same plastic rivets since Dodge don't service them or list a part #.

Part # is:F57Z-16103-AD

For the plastic rivets, part # is 13750 (nylon blind rivets) and are manufactured by au-ve-co (auto vehicle parts co) out of Cold Spring KY 41076.
