IL VCA Meeting 2-Nite, Where is a good Spray wash?

I got this nasty note, with a lot of F words in it, left on my car the other night, becasue my car "might be fast, but it looks like Sh*t." (that was just 1 part of the full length Donken Donuts Napkin message pad they left me.)

Apparently I have been spending too much time driving it, instead of washing it.

Where in Schaumberg is there a good hand spray wash, so I can do it myself before going to the meeting tonight at 7:30 pm !!

Jon, not sure of a DIY wash around here, but there are 2 hand wash places that I take mine to. You will drive the car to the bay and you will drive it out as well. They will not drive the car.

American Car Wash [I think is the name] - near Algonquin and 53 intersection. $15 wash and wheel treatment. Will only wipe your interior with a dry cloth.

Route 62 Wash and Lube - Go East on Algonquin from 53. Will be on the right side after you cross Roselle Rd. Better looking business than the other one mentioned above. $25 for a wash and wheel treatment. Will only wipe your interrior with a dry cloth.

30-40 mins tops and you should be ready.

Can't make it today as I have colleagues from Malaysia that I am taking to the Blue Man Group tonight. Have fun.

Or, you could just take 90 up to Roselle, make a right at light, left on Algonquin Rd and find it on the right side.

Thanks, I was looking to DIY. As I have never let anyone else wash the car. Also time might be an issue, as 30-40 minutes might be a bit long, based on time to get there from downtown w/traffic and being on time to the meeting.

I was hoping someone knew where there was a convenient spray wash.

Sorry about your car Jon, takes all kinds! I can't imagine what I would do if that happened to me. Jealousy is a *****!
I thought I could make the drive drive down tonight but I cannot. Just secured a rather large account and need to work on computer files until I am done. I already told my business partner that I am leaving at 4:00pm on June 6th so I can make the next meeting. Have fun at the meeting guys and have a big ol' greazzzzy 1/2 pound fudd burger for me.

Yeah, to say the least, this is THE worst reaction I have ever gotten on my viper.

My girlfriend said "Who the hell has TIME to write this??" and then she went on to add "Well maybe it being on a Dunken Donuts Napkin says enough"...

But then I said.. hey wait a minute, I like Dunken Donuts

But yeah, I would scan it, but after you block off most of the F's you dont have much left.

Sad life this person must have, if their time is best spent putting nasty notes on cars they cant afford.

I Didn't even see you or else I would have stopped by and said Hi. I had my girl Hannah with me, and we sat with Robert (ID: wastin' time) over on the left side of the room. It was the first time Hannah had ever been to a Fuddruckers, so I made sure she got a messy sandwich

lol. I guess I should have gone with a Yellow car, that way when its dirty, people can still see me yelling "LOOK AT ME !!"

So how did you like the meeting? Couple of times it looked like you were going to jump out of your seat ....

BTW, Saturday and Monday... ITS ON ! You got race tires, I got a little boost, seems fair.

No it wasn't a raffle, it was a give away. Every member that attended ....and was patient enough to wait until the end of the meeting got one.
