Venom600hp,
There are 5 push in clips on the top of the fascia under the hood opening...they are fun to remove. Make sure when you are removing the fascia to disconnect your fog lights and marker lights. Hope that helps.
Later,

There are also 4 push in plugs externally at the top of the air inlet to the radiator...two on each side of the vertical split of the crosshair. That should do it! :D

There are also 4 push in plastic clips under the front lip. Not easily seen. Get a good flash light and look under front of the facia two are almost under the hood latched the other two are near the center.

Disclaimer: The above is the way my 94 has them it may be different on others I'm not fortunate enough to own one of each model. :D

So you got the old one off???? I can help with that if you haven't.....I can't help with the new fascia other than to say it **should** go on the same as the old one came off, or thereabouts. :)
