Followed JonB burping instructions, about 2 weeks ago.

Many, many bubbles. :(

Refilled surge tank.

Car runs way cool .....fan barely ever comes on. :)

Should I do it again?

Any other tips to get the max air out?

If the year matters, it is a '95

After changing coolant, I run the Viper with the heater control all the way to the end of the red on the dial furtherest to the right side of the car. This keeps the water valve to the heater core, and it clears the air that may be hiding there. As long as you keep the center control to the left, you will not get hot...in fact, you can still run AC.

95 seems easier to de-air than earlier models. Keep checking overflow bottle in fascia and pressure tank til you have stable levels.

I've done this many times and perhaps I'm not as efficient as some at it. I will normally burp at least 3 times, each time I run the car up to operating temperature and burp then allow it to totally cool down. I then check the tank levels to ensure I didn't **** air back into the system. It seems to be the best way for me.

It's all about burping your baby. I'd recommend getting one of those Prestone Quick fill valves for about a $1.99 and install it at your highest point of the closed coolant system. (Located on the passenger side of the car at the top of the toebox (is that what it's called? ) ) If you need to burp your car, just unscrew the cap and fill using the same directions. Piece of cake! ;)

Yep, like I said I usually end up doing at least 3 times and I have a vent on my upper radiator hose. Be sure you refill the tank each time.
